About Shaikh Essam Tawfik
Sheikh Essam Tawfik has been actively involved in different
Islamic activities for the last 25 years. He has been a volunteer Imam and one
of the Islamic Advisors for many of the Islamic Centers/Communities in the
United States, including the Islamic Society of Vermont (ISVT), for more than a
decade. He has been also lecturing and organizing Islamic Programs and
Workshops in Arabic and English in different events in different Arabic,
Eastern, and Western Countries, in addition to presenting in different Islamic
TV Channels, participating in Interfaith Dialogues, training and mentoring
youths, interacting with different Muslim Student Associations (MSAs) within
the US, and marriage and family affairs counseling.
Sheikh Essam has studied under many distinct Scholars in Egypt and Saudi Arabia and been authorized as a Volunteer Imam/Khateeb with the Ministry of Endowment in few Arabic Countries. He is also a volunteer instructor/speaker with Mishkah University and Darussalaam Organizations in the US, and other Islamic Institutions in the Middle East, lecturing and teaching the Syllabuses of Legacies, Qur’an Exegesis, Family Jurisprudence, Hadeeth, Doctrine, Morals,…etc.
